Evening ! This is my first post to the forums so I hope I am doing this right . :) I have been reading the posts about suppliments for TMJ . I have suffered with TMJ for about 20 years . I recently started taking 600 mg magnesium at night before bed and it has helped some but I am still having a lot of pain and for about a week I haven't been able to eat anything unless it can basically be swallowed without chewing. I have severe tooth sensitivity and if I try to chew at all I go into excruciating spasms. I have read about zyflamend PM so I went out today and bought it. Can I take both Magnesium and zyflamend PM and what dosage should I take ? Thanks for any help you can give :)

I think that it would be OK to take 400 mg. magnesium with the Zyflamend, but I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction. Did you buy the Zyflamend at the health food store? If so, you could ask a salesperson there for guidance. I hope you find some relief. Sue
