I have finally noticed that if i leave things alone and don't aggravate my jaw, things seem to settle down and be more manageable. If I move my jaw around, "feel" for things, bite down to check the crepitus in my jaw, pop it, etc - it gets worse. I've also noticed that if I stay very active and stretch, it is better. I have exquisitely painful anterior neck muscles - scalenes?? - but NOT when I wake in the a.m. - gets worse throughout the day - no pain upon waking..... do any of you experience this?

Seems I'm in most pain at night after dinner and into the evening. I'm a little dizzy in the mornings and my muscles are tight, however my bite goes back to normal. By the end of the day, my bite is off and my jaw pops.
