My father needs an arteriorgram and consents. Then he gets irrational and backs out at the last minute. This has happened 3 times. He is scheduled for this week again. If he does not go through with it he will not only lose his leg but also his doctor will discharge and no longer treat him. Is there a way his wife or family can give consent for him without going to court?:confused::confused:
