I had this surgery done last week and i was curious to know that when i eat hearing like a popping sound is that normal?? is that a sign of the ear surgery nto going well?? Can anyone tell me about how long it took them to fully feel normal with the jaw and ear? My jaw hurts when i bite as well especially something harder then pudding! also what about spitting, burping, yawning do these things cause pressure on the ear as well?? i am trying my best not to cough, sneeze and i do not blow my nose but i do blow in my nose so does that also put pressure on the ear? I want to know mainly about the popping noise when eating is that a normal thing? should i hear anything at all? please tell me who ever has had this surgery done!! thank you!

oh and also you know how you sit and normally pop ur ears like you breath in and the air is going out through ur ears, its a natural reflex everyone has i believe. is that safe, i cant prevent that because it is just natural! also the gel that they put how long will it take for that to come out of the ear?
