everyday for the last few weeks ive had frequent aches in my upper jaw (both sides, my ear tends to be the center of this ache) and conditional headaches..

i suspect i received auditory trauma because i always used to (up until a few weeks ago) listen to loud music (regretfully). these upper jaw aches tend to last all day, maybe only 1-2 total hours of freedom from these aches.

my head aches seem to occur when my dog barks (he has a deep bark). they also tend to occur at random (i havent found all the triggers yet) but i know i have atleast 3 per day
i dont think this is a virus as a friend suspects, i fear this is permanent.
anti-ache cream helps to some extent

Have you seen an ENT? They are very good at getting to the bottom of these types of problems. I had an awful pain in my ear for months and he figured it out and fixed it in a jiffy :-)

Have you checked into any possible TMJ issues? I know this is in my family line and the jaw ache could be a possible case from the information you've given.

i have no family history of tmj
these aches (which may span from my cheek to behind my head) seem to have their on and off days (and moments). i theorize that they occur when either i am tired or when i hear loud sounds (momentarily or hours, i do not know)
