Hi there, hoping someone can help,
I'm 19 and a bit worried about my genitals. My penis / testicles never seem to have grown, even though I have every other sign of adulthood (pubic hair, facial hair, ejaculation). I was circumcised at the age of 3/4. The only other worrying thing is that I thing my right testicle only 'dropped' around 4-5 years ago. Is this something to worry about or just something to accept and get on with?
Thanks for any help

So do you think you had an undescended testicle all this time until you were about 15? If you did your pediatrician should have known it and probably should have tested your hormones especially if your genitals were not developing normally in puberty.
When you say your penis is small, what is it's erect length? It is not uncommon for undescended testicles not to work very well. I would talk to a urologist about that and get your hormone levels checked. If your T is low (due to only one testicle working) then you might need to go on T replacement AND HCG. The T replacement will help your penis to grow (if it is not too late) and the HCG will keep your testicles working. Do not take one without the other at your age. You would need to find a specialist to help you with this. There are diseases where one never goes thru puberty normally. While you don't likely have that the same specialist would know how to treat your hormones since the treatment would be similar. There is no time to waste to figure this out. If you are not past the age where you can still effect the size of your penis you will be soon.
Thanks for getting back to me. Erect length is about 5.5 - 6 inches, altho still looks kinda short, flaccid is very small. I thought it was just something i had to accept due to having all the other 'normal' things like body hair, broken voice, growth spurt etc. Do you reckon i should see my doctor asap then?
Cheers

5.5 to 6 inches is above average. Average is 5.1 inches, erect, for all races.
The fact that it is small when flaccid, is a very common thing. The smaller ones grow much larger when erect. The large flaccid ones tend to grow far less when they get hard.

I agree with Tommy. It sounds like you are very normal. You still may want to talk to a urologist at some point about the undescended testicle. It may not be working and I believe you have a slightly higher chance of getting testicular cancer in that testicle. So it would be good to make sure you get regular checks for the testicular cancer or better yet you learn how to check yourself.
