I had one normal period in January then just an extremely light one at the beginning of April.
Is this just normal for my age? I'm 48. I have had issues with hot flashes lately too, other than that no real symptoms that I can say are menopause related.

Sure sounds like it could be. If the hot flashes get to be to much start looking at some natural supplements to see if it helps but it can be a up and down thing. Maybe you won't have many issues with menopause.
