Hi. I've read several items in the news about a "trimix gel" that is available (You can GOOGLE the term to find references to it). Apparently the gel contains everything that the tri-mix shots contain, but a pharmacy compounds the stuff into a gel...so you can apply it down there without a needle...It seems reputable, because you can only obtain it with a doctor's prescript and the drugs are all FDA-approved, but I'm not able to find comments online of anyone who has actually tried it, so I thought I'd ask here. Does anyone know more about the gel or have any experience with it? This seems like it would be awesome alternative for someone who doesn't want to poke themselves with a needle....

It does sound great for those that use trimix but I have not heard of it and have no experience with it. If it really exists why don't you go to your doctor and ask him to try it.

Yea, I just did...I took the information to my urologist today...I'm waiting to hear whether he'll send in a prescription for me.....The gel is kind of expensive, $187 for 12 doses...I absolutely don't mind paying that IF it works, which is why I was curious to hear from any others who might have tried it...
