first part of the question is is i read a few places when you start allergy shots or food allergies could get worse is this true?...2nd im allergic to raw tomato and my tests results it says class 1m im unsure what high and what is low..but i know i dont have a severe allergy ive been eating tomatos all my life..they said i could have tomato sauce and tomato thats cooked my question is this also true and 2nd when it comes to salsa if the tomatos in salsa cooked like if i get tostitos salsa are they cooked without me cooking them
