How long will it take???? I went from 150 to 100 to 50 to none. I've been on none since Monday and the brain zaps have not improved since then. I probably went from 50 to none too quickly but I ran out of pills. I read Benedryl can help but I hate Benedryl. It typically gives me a 4 to 5 hour brain zap, plus knocks me out. I'm not sure I could function on it. I have some Sudafed in my purse, but I'm afraid of what that will do as well at this point. What else can I do? Uhgg. :(

Chances are you went off to fast. A good taper program should be at least a month or so with the slower the better. I guess the only two options are (A) hope the withdrawal ends quickly (B) go back on a small amount and come off of slowly. Speak to your doctor or a pharmacist and hope you feel better soon

take care
