I've completely had it with these hot flashes and SWEATING :mad:
I've been using Lexapro to help with peri and meno (no hrt for me) and it does control mood swings and depression, but does nothing for hot flashes and SWEATING, Ugh!
Any advice???

Some women do get relief with the lexapro. I am using progesterone cream and it seems to be helping. I have tried many natural products though and mostly they are a waist of money. Sorry not alot of help here, but try and find something natural and workout 4-5 times a week helps if you are not already doing that.
