:wave:Hello everyone I'm asking this question for a friend. I'm trying to find out what do you do to bring your blood sugar levels down if they are high? What do you do if they are low especially if you are out of the house how do you manage. She's currently being treated for hypertryroidism which is under control but is still taking prednisone for problems that came up with her eyes and inflammation. Thanks

It really depends on how high your are. Obviously insulin will be given to you if your sugar is really high. Prednisone is definitely contributing to the highs because it causes insulin resistance. She should talk to her doctor definitely, and in the mean time, avoid high carb meals and drink lots of water.
