well to start with i keep getting headaches nearly everyday i have had them for about 4-5 months now i went to the doctors and he told me i was alergic to my horse after about 10 minutes of not having a clue. but nothing he gave me helped, i have not been sleeping well for about 1 month now everytime i put my head on the pillows it feels like pressure pressure points in my head what ever way i sleep. the last week i have only been sleeping for about 4 hours a night the pressure points seem to be getting worse i have been waking all times in the night, i even tried sleeping on my sofa bed last night to see if it was my bed but if anything it was worse, i am tired all the time even before the headaches started. any advice would be great.

Well, you sound like me, when I had my sinus infection... and yes, it was caused by allergies. Maybe your doc could get you on some antibiotics to kick the infection's butt (if he thinks that's what it might be). Otherwise, you might need to get in to see an ENT doctor.

whats a ENT doctor? one of the reason the doctor thought i might have an allergie was because i was sniffing a lot which i have always done for as long as i can remember.

ENT is ear, nose and throat. I was sent to an allergist and the allergist (as part of my treatment) sent me to an ENT. I only wish that I had gone sooner (like 4 months :) ) instead of waiting... I had my sinus headaches for over a year before I got them taken care of.
So maybe an allergist and an ENT? It's worth asking what the doc thinks, at least.
Good luck!

Take a Drixoral Repetab twice a day for a week, and also use a saline sinus rinse every day.
Asl your doctor for a steroid nasal spray
