Is this depression and how do i help her? Sponsor cerajoan 05-10-2008, 05:36 PM It sounds like depression. Something is bothering her for sure. Have you asked her about it? I would try to get her to talk about it. Your interest and concern may be very helpful to her. Not just hugs, but really showing an interest in what is hurting her. If it is too much for her, maybe you could suggest she see someone? I would not just let it go. It sounds like she is silently suffering/ asking for help. marian100 05-12-2008, 12:21 PM There is always some amount of guilt with a death of a loved one but especially so in a suicide. Your wife needs to see someone. Even a support group for people who have lost loved ones to suicide. Grief can take up to 5 years to go away. Be patient especially in the physical area. That is the last thing on her mind. Godbless |
