There is no specific timeline to get from point A to B but if you remember the good moments, it tends to help a bit. Know that he has passed away in a physical sense; his spiritual essence will be with you for the rest of your days. My prayers are with you. Take care. Respectfully, Phoenix Lollypop0189 07-24-2008, 03:46 AM Hi haley, Im 19 and my father died suddenly when i was 11. So i know what your going through and it is really hard. But i promise you it gets easier. It really helped me alot to talk to a therapist. And it makes it easier to laugh and remember fun times and share anecdotes with the ones that you love. Just remember even though he isnt physically with you, he is still in your heart. :) hang in there! |
