i had something above my lip, in the mustache area, that looked like a pimple. just recently i unconciously went to push the dried pimple off and it was unusually painful as i did so, also it seems that i simultaneously felt a sharp pain in my left big toe..is this a sign that it is a hsv lesion?

TG, I think you're seeing movements in empty shadows. RELAX. If you haven't been tested yet, go get tested to ease your mind. It doesn't sound to me like you have herpes. If you have oral herpes, you'd be one of up to 90% of the population, so that would just make you normal. ;) Seriously, I really think you're blowing things out of proportion. Go find out for sure, then figure it out from there. :)
