i had something above my lip, in the mustache area, that looked like a pimple. just recently i unconciously went to push the dried pimple off and it was unusually painful as i did so, also it seems that i simultaneously felt a sharp pain in my left big toe..is this a sign that it is a hsv lesion?

TG, I think you're seeing movements in empty shadows. RELAX. If you haven't been tested yet, go get tested to ease your mind. It doesn't sound to me like you have herpes.
