I would like to wish you a Happy Mother's Day and though you passed away over six years ago(April 2002) I still can't help but tear when days like this approach.
When I was a child, you were there for me when I needed comforting words.
When I became an adult, you were still there in the non-judgemental fashion that definitely put you in a category by yourself.
As the years flee like the eventuality of seasons, I am reminded of the building of snowmen, trips to the beach, planting of flowers and the raking of leaves.
I know that you realize how difficult it is for me to type this but you have done so much for me and I want the entire world to be aware of this.
Thank you mom, for raising me; I couldn't have done it without you.
I love and miss you so much.
Take care and God Bless.
Most sincere and respect sentiments from your son ****.

Hello music,
Thanks for the kind reply.
One thing I know for sure is that she loved me.............
Respectfully,
Phoenix

She was my only true friend, as relatives on both my parents side have showed me on many an occasion that they cannot be trusted and like to spread gossip and see drama.
My mother taught me to be true to myself, so I have distanced myself accordingly; not because I think that I am better than them but because I choose not to live my life in that manner.
Thank you mom, for showing me the way; it finally sunk in.
Love always,

Phoenix,
Although I did not know your mother, I know she was kind, loving, caring, empathetic, intuitive, and sensitive...because I see these qualities in you, in your posts. So many of us have been gently blessed by her guidance and care through you.
Thank you for sharing her with us. She was a very unique person, someone who made the world a better place.

Thank you bethsheba,
I want to give back what was given to me.
In this day and age of cruelty, deceit and deception, I just wanted to offer a little caring, compassion and understanding; qualities I know my mother possessed and raised me with.

To all the deceased mothers, know that I have prayed a special prayer at mass this past Sunday for one and all.
Take care.
Respectfully,
Phoenix

Yes, I have similar feelings...I only wish I could have given back to those who so generously gave to me...

Hello Betsheba,
When I say give back, I mean it in the sense of sharing with others; I know that my mother would have had it no other way.
Take care.

Hey Phoenix?
Just wanted to tell you, Friend, that you are a wonderful gift that your Mom gave to the world. I see your caring and compassion on various boards here, and I know that not only did your Mom work hard to instill these things in you, but that she succeeded.
Thr greatest joy we have as Moms is seeing our children thrive and work to make the world a better place. Mom did that with you and has left a living legacy behind in her son to carry on planting the kind seeds she sowed.
