i have a rash on my skin little itchy bumps the started on my bottom and now it is gone there but is on my chest and neck. i have not had sex with anyone in months is it possible to get herpes from a toliet seat??

you might have it or have somthing else. you can get other things that look like bumps and rashs that are not herpes. what do they look like? are they just little bumps that wont go way or did you just get them?

I'm not a health professional but it doesn't to me like it's herpes. More specifically, if you have herpes in one area (like on your bottom) it won't spread spontaneously to your neck or chest. It will stay in the same nerve system (e.g., genital area). You can spread it by touching an infected area and then touching another area that has a break in the skin (e.g., scratch, cut, etc.) but the neck and chest are not typical areas for this because the skin is relatively thick and tough compared to mucous membranes and so on.
Maybe your bottom symptoms are herpes, but not necessarily. Like MrWindow said, there are so many other things it could be. Go see a doctor and find out, the sooner the better while there are still symptoms to see.
Can you get herpes from a toilet seat? **Extremely** unlikely. I don't think there are any documented cases of it being contracted that way. Once herpes is exposed to the air it dies almost instantly.
Keep us posted how you make out.
