Hi. I had an encounter last week at a friends house, but even though it sounds vague, I am yet worried.

My friend had protected sex with a sex worker and after that he went to the washroom to clean up. Similiarly the sex worker went to the washroom to clean up. All this while there was a towel hanging from the door knob which they both used. I am unsure which all parts they used it to clean themself.

When I entered the room I just got her to strip and masturbated without she touching me. After I was done (say 10 mins) I went to the washroom to clean myself. Unknowingly I used the same towel hanging there to wipe the tip of my penis for cu_m.

I am just concerned that the sex worker may have cleaned her vagina or body with the towel before I used it. I understand the virus is not a long survivor in the open environment. But I am a little worried because yesterday (after 6 days) I have a flu with bad sinus problem. I have have this sinus problem having once a while but I have started getting a little paranoid as the timing is right after that incident.

Please advice what are the chances of me getting infected in this manner. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Don't bother, you can contract the virus through contact ie sexual intercourse , contact with whole blood and an exposed area , infected needle pricking, mother to child during birth.kissing except when a partner has sores and exposed to blood.
but don't share items anylonger even with your spouse.
