Hi, I have a dark/black spot on my penis shaft. It is like a scab or dried blood is under the thin layer of skin. The spot started off as a bump that looked like a pimple or a fordyce spot that if i remember rubbed off during masturbation. Its been about 2 years now and the spot is still there like a scab under the skin. It doesnt hurt at all and sometimes breaks or cracks open during masturbation if it is dry. Can someone please tell me what it is? I am concerned.

I forgot to mention that I have gone to see a doctor about it and they didnt really have an answer. So I am looking elsewhere for answers.
