Hi
Can anyone advise of a good cream to use under the eyes to cover up slight wrinkles? I used to use a product called 'Bottox Gold' which worked brilliantyl- but it appears to have been discontinued! - well i cant find it anywhere – anyway!

Thanks

Hi Collins - I gather you're talking about concealer. I have been using Bobbi Brown's corrector. I like it.

I've since heard about 'Hope in a Tube" for eyes and lips. Today I bought some, so won't know for about a month. I did a search on it though and came up with some reviews which were good.

It's called High Density Eye and Lip Cream. Can be found at Sephora and Beauty Mark (which is where I got it).

thanks - im looking for a cream which will soften the lines rather than conceal them. i used to use a product called bottox gold - which REALLY did work! but ive not been able to find where to buy it for a long time now.

please let me know how u get on with the new product.

There's a thread here called Beauty Secrets?? - Page 6, post 29 a poster mentions something called Freeze 24/7 - might be what you're looking for.

If you don't mind spending the money, Prevage eye cream is excellent! It's supposedly made by the makers of Botox. I tried a sample and LOVED it. They also make a face cream. I'm young and don't have wrinkles, but I do get fine lines under my eyes from not enough sleep and too many late nights and the cream helped this as well. It's really good but it runs about $100. It is supposed to last a while though. I tried mine at a department store at the Elizabeth Arden area. You can always try before you buy.

Prevage is made by Elizabeth Arden, hardly by the same "people' who make Botox, which is a pharmaceutical company...however the active ingrediant in Prevage is Idebenone, which is used to fight free radicals and promote defense against the aging effects of them....that same ingrediant is found in Botox, but in very minute amounts.....but keep in mind, Botox is an injectable and made with pharmaceutical grade drugs- .however, for the money, Prevage is a good product, if you are seriously looking to help diminish fine lines and wrinkles, without going into cosmetic surgery.
