Hi,
I use the Rhodiola Rosasin sometimes, but it is only supposed to help you to deal with stressful situations. It's an adaptegen so it does a lot of good things in the body as far as helping energy levels, but I don't believe it balances hormones, those are just way to strong to be effected by this herb I believe. But it has helped give me some energy.

Thanks for the info. I heard a physician on Dr. Oz's talk radio show discuss the uses and did mention how it can help during menopause...so thanks for your feedback! I am going to try it. When do you take it and how much? Stay well!
