Ok , I have OCD, suffered from all different aspects of it, never any compulsive behaviour, mostly Pure O.

But is this part of my OCD???

If I see certain types of textures or repetitive small circle type patterns they really freak me out. Such as this "OOOOooooooOOOO", people tend to doodle that pattern when bored on the telephone. or anything similar to this, such as the texture of a brick maybe, like smalll and holey BLURGH! Things with hundreds of eyes also send me crazy, I saw a pic of this plant that had been photoshopped to have hundreds of eyes on the ends of its stems and I wanted to die!

I freak out EVEN MORE if i see something similar that is something like an infection on the skin.

As an example, me and my boyfriend were worried that he had genital warts (sorry to mention that but its ok he doesnt) and so we looked for some images of genital warts and they are all tiny, round things clustered together in a small area - i'd say look them up so you understand but i doubt you'd want to! - and seeing them properly made me feel sick and panicky and like my skin was crawling and then I couldnt get the image out of my mind!

Then today I was looking for photos of breast enlargement and on the image search this random pic of a breast with this fungus infection over the nipple with all small circular holes with something inside them appeared! my skin is still crawling, I feel like I might wet myself because it's freaked me out so much, bluuurgh bluuurgh! :(:(:(

Is this an OCD or am I actually mental?

I remember as a kid I once saw an ad in a magazine that warned parents of a "dangerous" kind of eraser (because it looked like something to eat). It scared me for some reason, and for a while I was afraid to look through a magazine because I thought if I saw that ad again it would scare me/startle me. Seeing that eraser that looked like some candy or a hamburger or something... together with the words "dangerous" or something...
For some reason your post reminded me of this.
I don't know if this is part of the OCD itself, or maybe we OCDers have a higher tendency toward other types of anxiety too?

I think being repulsed by such images is perfectly natural, although it's also common for people to be fascinated by such pictures. In both cases I think the viewer's first reaction is something like, "I don't want that to happen to me!" Then the different secondary reactions are just different ways of responding, with the people who are interested in the picture believing that by learning more about it, they can avoid or prevent it. Your reaction, on the other hand, is just to avoid it. You are a bit stuck stuck in the first reaction of repulsion, but I don't think that matters unless it's interfering with your life. But it probably is a manifestation of OCD for you to keep thinking about the repulsive pictures over and over again.
