Hi there - i have just been diagnosed with thrombocytosis, i have been experience back pain and chest pain for the last 6 or 7 months, originally they thought it could be lymphoma but now just my platelets are high, does anyone else experience bak pain or any other sorts of pains with this.

how high is your platlet count .... anyways, with thrombocytosis you can get chest pain ... back pain may not be so classic, but it depends what your back pain is really like, maybe it's a surrogate for a clotting/bleeding event ...

have they figured out why your platlets are high ??? do they think you have essential thrombocythemia ...
