I take Glucomannan, ALA, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, niacin, magnesium, chromium, and flax seed oil with morning and evening meal is that too much?
Plus I take a vitamin, amino acids, bitter melon and acidophilus in the morning.
Am I taking too much of this stuff?

I don't think there is any harm, but without measuring your levels, you won't know if there is any good.

You might also want to check with your pharmacist too see if there are any interactions if you are taking other meds. But basically you are probably all right.

The natural supplements you take sound good. Do they seem to help? Do you know there is a difference between niacin and nicotinamide? I also recently learned that cool cayenne helps repair nerve damage. My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 over a year ago and does not need any medication following, Robert Young's, "The pH Miracle for Diabetes." That was the best $15 I ever spent. Her blood sugar is normal and became normal in about two to three weeks following that plan.

I'm sorry Daisy, but I cannot believe that a $15 natural remedy could cure your daughter's type 1. It could not be possible that after 50 years of scientific research to cure diabetes, no one would have thought of this "miracle" cure, otherwise all the type 1 diabetics would be cured, especially for 15 dollars. I am thrilled to hear of your daughter's success but I just cannot accept that this natural remedy was responsible, after all, T1s CANNOT survive without insulin.

I understand being skeptical. I was too. I do believe it takes the body time for repairing and that cleaning up the internal terrain is essential.
