My Neuro has tapered me down and now I'm off Topamax, and now I have a near constant headache. Not unbearable or anything, but there.
Anyone else had side effects when stopping it?

I'm being weaned off keppra and have the same constant pressure headache (and periods of mild disorientation). Its not as an intense of a pressure headache, like I would often have after a seizure, but like yours you know its there.
