Well, I have a Varicocele, and my wife and I are trying to have our fist child. I was diagnosed by 3 different docs that this is what the "sack of worms" around my left testicle is. Unfortunately none of them told me that it can cause me to be infertile. After doing some research I am considering having a surgery to repair it. I don't have any pain, and I haven't got my results back from my sperm count test, but the darn thing is big, and annoying, and may keep me from having kids. Anyone know which surgery is the best to have? I am leaning towards the Microscopic sub-inguinal surgery as it looks to be the least invasive, and it has a high success rate.
