Hi everybody.
My names David, I'm a teen and I have Phimosis.
I've been stretching daily, in the shower, at night, whenever, and I'm definitely seeing progress :).
I'm at the point where when I stretch, I can go past the bottom bit of my glans (the part facing the floor when I stand), but still not the rest. Also, I have to kind of "roll" the foreskin back up to hide it again, and I hate this feeling.
Anyway, I'm afraid to pull down much more because I'm scared that my foreskin might accidentally "slip" further than I wanted it to, and then get stuck behind the glans or the side part of the glans.
It's hard to explain my fear, as I'm not even 100% sure what I'm scared of. Also, the fact that i have to roll the foreskin back up, and the weird sensation in doing so scares me.
Can anyone help me out? maybe theres a way I can just get over this fear, or maybe even another way to stretch other than simply pulling down on it.
Thank you!
David

Congratulations. You are almost all the way there, if you can reveal the head.
If you don't like that rolling feeling, take the foreskin in your fingers of both hands, and pull it forward, up and away from the head. This will take it out of contact, and when it lays back down on the head, it will simply be forward, without the rolling.
There is a really easy way to avoid any possibility of the foreskin getting stuck back. If you start to stiffen, stop. The foreskin can't get stuck behind the head of a flaccid penis.
If you do stiffen, in the very rare event that it gets stuck, there are lots of things you can do, quickly. Apply baby oil, olive oil, vegetable oil, aloe vera, anything like that which is harmless. Squeeze the blood out of the head, so that the foreskin can go forward again. Put ice in a towel if you have to.
You only have 20 minutes to either get the foreskin forward, or get to a hospital. Though it almost never happens, paraphimosis is a medical emergency.
It's not going to happen to you, because your foreskin is already loose enough to prevent it.
Good luck with it.

So your saying that I should only stretch when flaccid? I've been stretching while I'm erect because I though it was more effective, as it is tighter then.
And also, in the case of paraphimosis, those solutions would probably be very painful as the glans of my penis is hyper-sensitive. Is there a way that i can get rid of this sensitivity?

Some people stretch when erect. They probably do get a little more stretch out of it, but their slim chances of paraphimosis are increased a bit. If they do anything which causes the foreskin to swell, they have a little more chance of trapping the foreskin.
The hypersensitivity passes for most boys within about six weeks of retracting fully.
It's a matter of the body getting used to the feeling. Picture opening your eyes after a lifetime of keeping them closed. Any light would be blinding. Your glans is being exposed for the first time. It is going to take a little getting used to. That period where it is painful, or almost painful, will pass quicker, if you retract every time you urinate. Just the act of letting air hit the head for a second will help the brain adjust to the sensation.
Good luck.

What would you recommend doing if the foreskin is able to JUST fit over the glans when erect?

Make sure you get lots of vitamin C because it promotes healthy skin and strengthens skin membranes so they are flexible and won't tear easily.

I'd recommend another week or so of stretching.
You want it to slide freely, for the best sensations.

But what i mean is, if it can JUST fit over the head, then it might get stuck, but if I cant stretch it passed the head, and i'm not getting much stretch, then whats another method of stretching I can use?

stretch it limp for another week. if it can just get past the head, it's not going to get stuck.
a week should be enough to do it, maybe two on the outside. then, all this worry and hassle will be behind you, and you can have all the joy that the penis was meant to bring.

i was/am in a similiar position to you... after continuous stretching, my foreskin can now fully retract when flaccid, and can get over the head when erect, HOWEVER, i think i might have a tight piece frenelum, it seems to be holding the foreskin from going any further downward when erect, is this piece of tissue stretchable, or should i get it cut becuase that looks like it'd fit the problem, i have no idea... if you could help i'd really appreciate it!

It is sometimes stretchable. It is certainly worth the effort to try.
If, after something like six months, it is still tight enough to be pulling your head downward, you can get a frenuloplasty. They cut in in a Z shape, and stitch it back together, so that it heals longer.
