Cannot believe the utter stupidity of some:
A foster mom made a fatal mistake when she gave a 6-year-old old girl an adult pain patch that was too strong for her little body - and it killed her, police said Monday.
She slapped on a prescription fentanyl patch.
The little girl was complaining of a headache when the woman first gave her a Motrin.

Each patch is individually sealed in a square foil packet. Right on the outside of the sealed pouch, it says "Opioid tolerant patients only."
Either this person is incredibly stupid or it was intentional.
