I recently had my vitamin D levels checked doc says its ok but Im not sure and am thinking of doubling daily intake ,at present I take vit D3 1000iu
the results :-
hydroxy vitamin D 82 nmol/L reference range (25-166)

it doesnt look optimal to me .....opinions would be appreciated

I don't know if the higher your Vitamin D score, the better. Or is it better to be more in the middle range? I really don't know.
