my father has allergy ,he had it before but taken citrizine and it had subside now again he got allergy yesterday.
it starts with itching of head with small pimples in head and then it goes down behind left ear then on allillary part then the area of underwear.
what could cause this,is it some kind of fungal infection as he had teanea pedis before.or is it due to some soap. or any ideas.
he is on fluconazole weekly and currently taking cetirizine .
he has not taken any steroids.
if you need any details please do post.

I have something similar, and it is allergy-related. I just keep taking my Zyrtec (which is the same as cetirizine), and the doctor prescribed a topical steroid solution to apply to it when it flares.
Perhaps if dad went to an allergist he could be helped more.
