I bout aleve to take but i was told not to tale anything like that cause it cold mess with the fusion but i have called my doctor numerous times and they have never called back or called any meds out. So if i just take something like tylenol do you know what i could take? Any help would be appreciated.

Its really aggervating him not calling back. I can see the dr might be busy but its a teaching hospital with bunches of students and residents.

Tylenol is fine. It's the NSAIDS you have to stay away from (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.). They can interfere with the fusion process.

That's distressing that your doctor doesn't call you back. Doesn't he have a nurse who handles calls? That's so basic!

They have about 3 nurses i saw because it is such a big thing. Thats why i cant see why they havent called. If they are even given the message. I called once and the nexy day when i called she said there was no record of me calling the day before.
