I'm a 25 year old male, and I have this odd groin pain.. It's on the lower right side, I've been check for hernias in that area and I'm fine, but it feels like a pinching and I've been on antibiotics cause they said my lymph nodes were swollen down there, any ideas?? Anyone had this before??

Could it be possibly trapped gas? What does the pain feel like? Is it sharp sudden pains, is it a num soreness, or is it a thobbing pain? Does it go and come? Is it only in that one area, or does it travel? I would continue to have test ran. It could be a pinched nerv?

no, gas can't get into the lymph nodes, I just checked... It's a burning aching pain.. It's hurting most of the time during the day and night not very often when the pain dies down.. It does travel a little to the surrounding tissue but that's about it..

I have a hernia with the same type of pain you describe. I had two differnet
doctors say no hernia both urologists...My primary and a surgeon who claims he is the best "and I heard it from others" claim it is a hernia.
Some can be hrd to detect....
My advice is to check with another doctor.

I found this chart on lower lymph nodes when I did a search, and it shows two nodes at the same place I hurt, and the docs feel my nodes and say they feel swollen...
I know I should see another one just in case a hernia, can you feel your lower lymph nodes?
