hi everyone im new to this health board, and desperate for help and advise as i just found out yesterday that i have genital herpes, i've been with my fiancee for 8 yrs, and we've both been faithful, but his ex had the infection, and now i do too, im very distressed and clueless about all this im still in shock as well, is it normall to feel disgusted in myself{i cant explain why} and dirty, my doctor didnt say much and put me on valtrex....someone help....
