Just had the results of the MRI Brain Scan of my youngest son Adam and it does not appear to be good news at the end of the report it says:
Comment: There is a probable proximal basilar artery fenestration. This vascular variant can be associated with the development of a saccular aneursym. No aneurysm is identified (greater than 3mm in size). No other significant intracranial abnormality has been demonstrated.
From the above it seems that Adam has a ticking time bomb in his brain. We have taken the decision not to tell Adam so if the neurosurgeon says there is nothing that can be done he enjoys life to the full.
How much pain can one family take?
I can't believe that we may have two sons taken away from us. Obviously we his parents are absolutely shattered and can't believe this happening to us.
Thanks for reading this.
