Sorry to hear that AndreanChris and to everyone else who af decided to visit unwelcomed! She's banging at my door as well, I'd say she'll be here tomorrow or Sunday! Still now we can all take a rest and get our emotions back together for next month :)

My hubby said something profound today... He said that I need to stop thinking about it, stop peeing on OPK's, that it will happen when we aren't planning for it. Which is true, but I was very hopeful that we would get pregnant on the first try... it didn't take much for me to get pregnant with DD! I was on the pill!!! Such is life. I am tossing all counting,temping, charting out the window for now. Although I know it's inevidable that I will pee on an OPK. So we shall see. Af showed early too! It's almost a good thing I am not pregnant. I don't think that I was emotionally ready yet.

I am right there with you... AF came for me too and early which is very odd for me... I agree with the "it will happen when we aren't trying" statement and i too am just gunna relax from now on and just keep thinking it will happen eventually... Of course i will still be dragging DH to bed as much as possible but im not going to stress bout it to much... I am now on CD2 so the count down is on again... Good luck for this month and stay in touch it's nice to know im not alone :)

Hi guys, I'm officially on CD1 as well. I don't feel too bad either, I'm actually pleased the tww is over, it totally consumed me. I thought it would just happen as well, but I feel ok, I felt more disappointed during the week, when I knew she was coming. I'm going to try and relax a bit more about it as well. Although I already bought my opk's this morning for next time around, but I'm not going to start temping or charting just yet.

I just got my opk's in the mail yesterday... That is all I am gonna do this cycle... I put far too much energy into charting and temping. I will be glad when AF goes away that's for sure. My uterus hates me! It feels like I did a million sit ups! :jester:

Yeah, me too, up first thing this morning for painkillers! The joys! can I just ask two questions please. First one, I thought af came yesterday, but it's not until today that she's in full flight. So was yesterday CD1 or today?
Second question, when you buy opk's and hpt's online, how do they come packaged? Is it obvious what they are? or is it discreet packaging? Thanks

yesterday would be CD1 if you started yesterday,spotting or light flo is considered start of period, I could be wrong, though
Mine came in a brown envelope with the companies initials versus the actual name as the return address... so very discreet.

My last AF came one day early as well, weird huh? But look at it this way, it puts you one extra day ahead on your next cycle, one day early O (if you are regular w/ it), and one day ahead for getting that BFP! YAY! Well I am on CD11 so we are fixin to BD these next few days, but it is hard to find time w/ mine and hubby's work schedules. Wish me luck girls.

Hi andreanchris. I also was visited by AF on May 23 which means I'm due to O around June 7th. This will be the first month my DH and I have TTC. We've been married over a year (together almost 5) and I have never been pregnant. Hopefully you and I (and everyone else TTC) will get pregnant next month! Although, from the post that I've been reading, I doubt I will conceive the first month of trying!!!

Thanks for replying. I've now got my opk's and hpt's and pre-seed on the way. I'm going to get busy, well me and DH are going to get busy, from about CD8 to CD18 to hopefully have everything covered. BUT I WILL NOT OBSESS like I did last month, well that's what I'm trying to tell myself :) Best of luck to us all

best of luck to you elainee and all other ladies.. i'm on CD 9, af arrived 05/20, should i be starting the BD'ing yet? i mean, i'm sure it wouldn't hurt, and i definately dont mind it!! but i'm just like really getting into the charting and counting of it all. the first couple months were just "it sounds about right to do it now."
i'm with all you ladies, trying not to stress about it. i'm in an awesome state of mind right now, i want to get pregnant but we'll leave it up to the gods. if it happens it happens, if not, maybe next month. its after i've already peaked and the tww starts.. closer and closer as we get to the end of the wait, the more i freak and i get stressed and frustrated. i'm getting flustered just thinking about it haha

Keep in mind cookiemunster that spermies can possibly live up to 5 days. So it never hurts to start BD soon;) Good luck everyone!!

Hi ladies, I heard you can o anytime from CD8, so I intend to get busy very early this month. I'm on CD5 and af is almost done, so as soon as I'm clear, I'm going to start again! Hopefully DH will be up to it! I'm in a good frame of mind as well Thank God (hopefully it will last)

thanks for the tips. so far we BD'ed CD6 and 9, lets see how well DH can keep up with me HAHA
i actually made a calander on my computer where i list EVERYTHING (very slow day at work yesterday.) to my calculations, i should O on/around CD16 (june 4th) so i'm going to be very busy that entire week (31st-8th). my husband hates that week more then the tww because he never gets any sleep.. poor dear! anyone else due to O around the same time?
i agree with you elainee.. i hope at least someone gets a bfp this month.. even if its not me! we're good hard working women and we deserve a good screaming positive.. (hard working, as in we work hard BDing!!!) keep smilin' ladies! :D

I am set to O on the 5th... I will begin to POAS for OPK's starting June 2nd. I hold out on hubby so that when the week comes to BD like crazy he is ready and reering to go! HAHA... he doesn't seem to fond of my ways... kidding kidding. Good luck to all!

my CM has become alot more apparent, so i think i'm locking my DH in the bedroom for a week.. i'll just tie him to the bed and shove food under the door HAHA

Things are good... I have 2 lines on OPK but not the same color...So we will be quite busy this week... Last time we were kind of relaxed about it and BD maybe 3 times leading up to O. So this time, I will have to "force" him...hehe... Good luck ladies and have a great O week!
