OMG girls thank you all so much!!!! I just read each and every one of your replies to my DH... He also thinks you guys are the greatest!!!! He just kept smiling when he'd hear the word multiples... I think he'd love twins or even trips so long as they are healthy! :) OK, I think I'm gonna call my folks... DH told his so now I think I should tell mine. I love you all so much... Thanks for your support and constant encouragement. This rocky ride seems to be proving worth it!!!!

Kari-

That is wonderful news!!!! You must have multiples....maybe 3!!! That number is outstanding. Now you can stop worrying and enjoy the moment!! How is your belly feeling? Is the OHSS going away??
Well, I had my u/s today and we still have 2 babies with 2 healthy heartbeats. It is such a good feeling to see them!!! When is your first u/s? I can't wait to find out how many you have!!

Congrats again!!!!

Lori, thank you so much! I'm thrilled you got a chance to log on! Hey, did you take your trip yet, or is that still to come?

Teach! I am starting to believe it finally!!!! For a while there I was really fearing my BFP would never happen... I'm really hoping I can inspire others who have considered giving up like me. I always thought IVF would work on the first try. I'm still a bit surprised it took four efforts, but now I'm so glad I kept at it. This board has much to do with that... Never once felt alone with the support I had here:angel: As for my belly, well it's still swollen and gets sore, mainly crampy, but I do think the ohss has gotten better. I was trying to get my RE today to tell me that my ovaries are getting smaller and the ohss is improving, but all he would say is we need to keep making sure I don't gain weight or have trouble peeing. I've been very successful so far in those areas. How are you doing? Is your OHSS still getting better and better? Are those babies making you nauseaus yet? I do get occasional naseau (I gotta learn how to spell that word ;)), but I don't know if it's from the OHSS or the pregnancy. Haven't thrown up yet tho, thankfully!

So I guess I shouldn't pretend like I don't think it's multiples... I mean I don't want to count my chickies before they're hatched (pun intended:jester:), but these numbers really do seem to be off the chart... even for avg twin pregnancies. It was funny tho... my RE did the u/s today and checked out the fluid in my abdomen and the size of my ovaries. Of course I was dying to know if he would even try to look for sacs at this point (if he did, he said nothing). But it wasn't until after the u/s that he did, for the first time, warn us that there is a good chance we have multiples given the strength of our first beta. Then my nurse chimed in all loudly how not necessarily cause she had a friend with a first beta of 900 and she only had a singleton. But both DH and I saw my RE shoot a glare at her like "pipe it", so we were wondering if maybe his well trained eye did already see something in there. Who knows... maybe it's not yet even possible for a professional, but the books do say that when HCG exceeds 2000, which clearly mine did today, you can see a sac on the u/s. Maybe with multiples tho, you can't.

Anyway, my next step is an ultrasound on Friday May 30th so just a week from today. I'm sure at that point we will see a sac (or sacs) but likely nothing else. I'm so excited. I don't think it'll be too hard to wait... I think the worst of all the waiting is over :D

For now, my short term goal is to make it thru a nite without waking up in pain or discomfort. Not that I mind, now that I know I've got a healthy pregnancy on my hands!!! But I would love to get some good zzzz's!

Kari, thats so funny--we are so well versed in all the beta knowledge, I almost told you to beg for an U/S to see if there was more than one sac because lots of RE's actually do the first U/S after the beta number reaches 2000...I mean I am sure you have more than one, but Friday sure can't come soon enough. I hope you are feeling better....tell DH he has to keep treating you like a princess for 9 more monthes till you bring those babies home. :angel:AimeeM

Kari-
I am just so happy for you! YOur little ones will be happy that you stuck it out for 4 tries for them. Hopefully the OHSS won't get any worse. And just a small warning...I doubt you ever sleep through the night again!!! Once my OHSS subsided enough that I could sleep comfortably, I started having to wake up 1-2 times a night to pee!! I think it's God's way of preparing us for those middle of the night feedings :)!! But, it is all worth it!
My belly has went down almost completely. I really don't think that it's going down anymore with there being 2 in there! At my appointment yesterday, RE said that my ovaries should completely go down over the next 2 weeks because the placenta will take over soon!! We go back Thurs. and should hopefully see fetal movement!! YAY!

Well, take it easy and let all of this wonderful news sink in! You've earned it!!

Hey Cashahn! My parents were so happy to hear our good news... I know how much my parents, especially my father, worry about me if something bad were to happen, and that's why I hesitated to tell them so early. But they said they really appreciated us telling them now rather than later. That made me feel good

Aimee, It was all I could do NOT to ask about what else he saw in there during the u/s! But I know my RE... he's so darn conservative I'm sure he wouldn't have said a word at that point even if he thought he saw something. I also know that my RE is not a fan of triplets (as most RE's probably shouldn't be)... I think he was a bit worried cause his demeanor was a little off during that last visit. But I totally believe my RE would rather have me preggers with multiples than not pregnant at all.

Hey Hazel! Thanks for the congrats! I really have my fingers crossed that you'll soon be experiencing your own IVF success... despite your unexpected delay, you'll be stimming before you know it!

Hi Char! So good to hear from you! I'll definitely be looking forward to hearing about your ultrasound as well next week... I wish we could just fast forward the days between now and then!

Mady, I like that... sweet revenge! I finally seem to have got mine! :D It really was relaxing to get news of such a strong rise. There are things I'm nervous about, but I'm trying to stay relaxed and enjoy this BFP. At this point I have no reason to think there is anything wrong nor that anything will go wrong. As for the liklihood of multiples, I think twins would be pretty darn cool! And what would make me really happy, my friend, is if you get your own IVF BFP here in just a few days!!! My fingers are so tightly crossed for you!

Hi Teach! I'm starting to get more sure that the OHSS is not getting any worse. I continue to spend lots of time on the couch and drink a ton of Gatorade and Smartwater... I think that's helped. And last night I really didn't wake up except to adjust a couple times on my pillows! It was a good nite sleep! How cool that you only have to wait until Thursday for your next u/s! Seriously, that is awesome! I wish I could just fast forward to the u/s where I'll get to see my own baby's heartbeat(s) for the first time!!! In the meantime, I'm just happy and SOOOOOOOO thankful for my BFP.... still smiling....:angel::angel:

Kari - thanks for sharing your parent's reaction :) that was so sweet... yeah, they would worry every minute won't they, but nonetheless it must mean so much to them to share in your joy

When would you next u/s be?... how many weeks will it be at that point? :) what are your plans for now?... continue working as you usually do?... or take it a bit easier? ... you are right that no matter how much you worry (and how can anyone completely not worry) you MUST enjoy your BFP and your pregnancy.

Hope you have a lovely Sunday! Chat more soon. take care :)

Char -- good to see you here (sorry I am not a great one for posting on the prego board yet)... hope all is going well with you! God bless and take care

Hi Kari!
I am so sorry I haven't gotten to post sooner...we were at our lake house and had no computer:( Let me start with I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!!!! This is just so exciting:):):):) I would have to think that you have more than one little angel in there! My first beta was in the upper 400s then my second was like 1875 and as you remember I was pregnant with triplets;) So, who knows...we have to just wait and see on Friday...the anticipation of walking in the ultrasound room is so exciting!!! I can not wait for you to see the little flicker/s on that screen...I swear it is like you died and went to heaven...it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen in my life:angel: Your heart will swell with an instant love and your eyes will swell with tears!

My dear friend, I am just so happy for you and wish you the best of everything from this point on! I hope you have the most UNEVENTFUL pregnancy one could have:) If you haven't already done so, you should start a journal for your little angel. I did this and once Olivia Grace was born, I started a new one on her birthday. I thought it would be something very special for her to have to document all my thoughts and feelings before and after she was born...something she could always have!

Loads of love,
cmarie

Kari, or should I say Mommy! :D I am so so happy that your beta went up so much! I knew it would, but it makes it so much better to hear it officially! I am so proud of you. And you knwo how Mady said this is sweet revenge? It really is!! I've never thought of it that way, but she really got it right on the head! :D You have waited so long for this moment, and as you said, you were even beginning to think it wasn't going to happen. And here you are! PG with twins or even trips! :D

I honestly can't wait for your u/s. How long have you waited for this moment, you know? How many times have you seen a pg woman in the street and jealous because she knows what it's like to have a life growing inside of her? And here you are!! I mean, Kari, this is such a miracle, I know you know that, but I have to say it. I mean, when people are out there creating bombs and starting wars that don't seem to end and just wreaking death and chaos....here you are with our sisters, growing life. Doing somehting that no man can possibly imagine. You havce life in you. What a miracle. What a miracle. I am honestly in awe right now. I bet I sound pretty silly :o

Anyway dearest I just wanted to give you a hug, a warm congratualtions for Dh and a hug for each of my unborn IF nieces/nephews in there! You have really really come a long way and I pray and hope you have an uneventful pregnancy and a smooth delievery!

Hi Kari I am new here but I just wanted to say congratulations to you and DH.I am so happy to see a BFP after such a long struggle.I have tried to read up on the girls situations and I read about your long struggle so congrats you really deserve it. Wishing you a healthy 9 months.

Holly, you said it perfectly....it's been a lovely weekend simply because I am still high in all the BFP glory. I just can't come down from the clouds

Hi CMarie! What's funny is I of course recall that you had triplets with your BFP and I actually went back over the weekend and retraced your posts with your HCG levels... I was like, oh boy! :D I keep telling myself right now that I have twins. Not sure if it's intuition or maybe wishful thinking... please understand that's I'd love 3 and we want more than 3 kids anyway, I'm just worried about the health/prematurity factor. Anyway, I also know enough that HCG alone can not alone predict multiples... that ultrasound on Friday is going to give us the answer to the big question!!!!:) And I think the journal idea is brilliant... I just may start that right away. I'm still spending tons of time on the couch so it would give me something nice and productive to do and I think my little one(s) would benefit someday from knowing just how badly their DH and I wanted them!

Kelley!!! Oh girl, can I please tell you how worried I was about you! I didn't realize you were taking a trip! Hope you enjoyed yourself! Thanks for the happy (((hugs)))!!!

Princess oh my good friend, you do not sound silly... I think you just get it!!! I really do feel like I've waited forever and it's so good to know that it's my turn... this is MY time! I'm gonna be that preggers person walking down the street!!! And I am SOOOOOOO thankful. I will not take a second of this for granted, ever. I know I have many friends that are still struggling and don't deserve the wait forced upon them. But we are definitely getting there one BFP at a time... I pray yours comes with your current cycle!!!! Love you girlie!

Eva, welcome to the board and thank you so much for your warm congratulations! I appreciate your kind words.

Well my friends, I'm still enjoying every second of this BFP. I don't know if the OHSS has gotten better, but it hasn't gotten worse. My tummy still feels/looks huge which I think is cool... I call it my preggers belly (which few people have at 4wks6days!) The only thing that I don't like is I still have some pretty moderate cramping... I'm not complaining (I've told myself not to complain about anything during this pregnancy) but it is scares me. It usually comes when I feel like I have to have a BM, and it usually happens in the middle of the nite (I'm up on avg about 3 hrs between midnight and 6am... def getting prepared for mommyhood!). I think it's OHSS related which makes me feel better. But I tell you I inspect the darn TP every time I go just fearing I may see some blood. Luckily though so far, so good!!!!

Kari-

I'm glad things are still going well for you. Glad you are able to enjoy this wonderous moment!! I can't wait till I here about your first u/s. It is such a great feeling to see those little flickering heartbeats!! :) (I'm sure you'll see more than one!) I had to laugh when you said you inspect the TP every time you go to the bathroom. I am almost 9 weeks and I still do that every time!!! I'm also up all night long and get the cramps right before a BM. Not sure if it's a pg. thing or from OHSS. My belly is almost back to normal, but RE thinks it will just stay this way for awhile since there are 2. Something to look forward to is that the OHSS starts to go away between weeks 9-10 because the placenta takes over and lets the ovaries rest!! I'm almost there!!!

Well, I am very excited for you and have been thinking about you all weekend. My u/s is Thurs. and I will let you know how it goes, then I will be waiting for your results on Friday. Enjoy your next few days!! It will go by quicker than you think...I can't believe I will be 9 weeks on Wed. It's pretty amazing!!!

Take Care,

Kari I am so happy to hear that you are still in the clouds, you deserve to be there my friend. As for your "preggers' Belly get used to it, it is just going to get worse:D:D:D. I love my belly sooooooooo much:D.

I am really looking forward to your u/s when we will find out how many beanies you have growing in there. :)

As for checking the TP everytime you go I am 16 weeks tomorrow and I still check the TP whenever I wipe, so try not to worry about it.....easier said than done.

Enjoy the rest of your day

Kari15
05-26-2008, 03:25 PM
OMG, Teach thank you SO much for telling me you've also experienced cramping when you have to go to the bathroom! It really has at times made me quite worried. I experienced an early m/c with my last FET and it started with bad cramping and then the bleeding came quickly afterward so I'm tremendously paranoid. But I feel better since my HCG was so strong this time...with my FET, my first beta was 4.7. It kept quadrupling/tripling for about a week, but still we kinda knew that with 4.7 12DPT there was likely not going to be a good outcome. I'm still surprised my RE even took those follow up bloodtests with a first beta so low. Anyway, enough chat about the bad days...

I am SO excited you are feeling so much better. It's a huge inspiration to hear you talk about it. I told my very good friend (who's a lead LDR nurse) yesterday that my ovaries were last measured at 11 and 9 cm's and you should have seen her jaw drop! I was actually kinda entertained cause I don't think there's a whole lot that surprises her anymore. I'm definitely looking forward to the placenta taking over, as you put it. :) Well here is to this week flying by... I can not wait to hear about your u/s on Thursday. It'll be cool to see if there is fetal movement by then!!! (((HUGS))) to you and your two little ones!!!

Hi Char! I had just posted to you on the other board about how cool it is that you are glowing! I bet you spend a lot of time rubbing your belly and smiling. :) So I'll be staring at the TP for like another 35 weeks is what you are telling me? ;) That's ok... I can handle it as long as things keep going well. Looking forward to your u/s on Thurs too! This is a big week for u/s's!!!

Namibia
05-26-2008, 03:49 PM
Kari I have also just answered your post on the other board and yes I am always rubbing my tummy it is so nice. Watching TP for the next 35 weeks is what I think you wll be doing because I know from experience I have been doing it for 16 weeks already:dizzy::dizzy:.....call me crazy. It is really a big week for us with out u/s you get to see how many beanies are snuggled up nice and tights for the next 8 months:D.

I am exhausted so I am going to love and leave you for the day. Have a good one.

Hey Kari, how cozy and fluffy is cloud nine? Let me know so I wont be shocked in 2 weeks. ;)
Are you still doing PIO shots, or you graduated onto the supositories already?
Take care my sister, Friday will be here soon.

05-26-2008, 04:59 PM
Mady you will experience cloud nine yourself.... VERY VERY soon! Don't you worry my friend... stay positive!!!:angel::angel: As for the PIO shots I gotta be honest... they haven't been bad this time!!! I think the reason I'm not so bothered by it this time is cause I'm only doing 1CC... the last two times I was doing 2CC's cause they were frozen transfers. Now the 1cc seems like cake!!! Not to mention it's so much easier to not care a bit about the ickiness of it knowing that there is a growing baby (or babies!!!) in there benefitting from the medicine! Are you taking the shots right now???

Char, I gotta admit I am super excited about finding out how many embies decided to stick around for the long haul! I'll be 5wks3days when we do the u/s... I'm quite certain we'll see sac(s) and maybe yolk sac(s) too... not sure if we'll see the little flicker of heartbeat(s) yet, but I guess there is a small chance. I won't count on it tho, that way I won't be disappointed. Friday seems a bit far off, but so far the wait hasn't been nearly as bad as what I had to deal with last week waiting for first and second betas! Hope you are getting some good rest tonight! You'll wake up one day closer to your own u/s!!! :)

Yeah Kari, I am doing 1cc. I didnt know that you were doing 2 ccs with the FETs. During my FET I was only on suppositories. I am crying about 1 cc, and there you were, with 2. Its gotta feel better knowing that you dont do them for nothing, I mean, how this cycle turned out for me, I'm trying to stay positive and all, but........you know what I mean. I have hope that we will graduate together, even with my day 3 embies, I feel that we went through allot together, and I will follow you on the prego board.

My first beta was 806 and my second was 1600something, so I'm feeling pretty sure it's multiples too!!!! And as for checking the TP, I'm right with Charlene -- I'm still doing it every time too, lol.

I really am so happy for you!!!!! I hope that you're having a great evening!!!! I'll chat with you tomorrow!!!

Mady, don't you worry... you will definitely be graduating with me! I just have a good feeling about it, and I'm glad to hear that you are hopeful too!!!! And you too will soon not even flinch with the PIO shot... once you get your BFP, you'll actually find you kinda look forward to it! ....Okay, maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but you get my point ;) :D

Kelley, okay see now our first beta numbers are quite comparable, and you've got yourself a pair of healthy twins. That is very reassuring!!!!:angel: BTW, I need to go check the Pg board and see if you've dropped an update there... are you finding out babies genders??? Oh, and thanks for confessing that you also are a TP checker... I'm starting to feel less like a crazy person every time I go to the bathroom! :D

Hi Kari!!

I'm glad to hear you had such a great weekend! :D The high of your healthy bfp will definitely carry you through for quite some time. :D If you are crazy, then we are all crazy w/ you because I still check my TP for any spotting every time I use the rest room too. I think even some pregnant women who didn't have trouble conceiving may do that. It's natural to worry & it's okay to worry as long as you still let yourself enjoy this magical time. And it sounds like you are enjoying it, so I'd say you're not crazy at all. :D Can't wait to hear about your u/s on Friday!!!

Kari, Im so happy for you! I will be following you in the preggo board!
I know, it wasnt long ago when I was in this board stressing about my fertility. But all the ladies here are wonderful and very supportive and even thou I dont post, I always come and check on you guys.
Kari, congratulations! your numbers are great!

Holly, I gotta tell you, it's like I opened up the confession box about checking the TP! And I'm so glad... I really was starting to feel obsessive compulsive! I mean, I know that even with the IF struggle I believe ladies tend to check the TP more than the avg. person would, but ever since BFP I feel like I'm out of control... just nervous every time about a potential streak of blood! I guess it doesn't help that since I'm still drinking loads and loads of water and G2 I am spending lots of time peeing! :D

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for stopping in and for the warm congratulations! I've actually spent a good amount of time the last couple months checking up on you girls over on the Pg board. I'm looking forward to staying in touch with you guys a lot more.

Well friends today I feel like I hit my first milestone... I'm exactly 5 weeks!!!! I'm such a dork... it is still SOOO early and I have so long to go, but this is the furthest I've ever made it without a problem surfacing (PRAYING that I don't jinx myself by having said that, but I am constantly aware of it so why not put it out there). I am still having crampy like feelings most of the time... Generally quite mild. But I still get some pretty moderate cramping in the middle of the night that freaks me out... as long as it continues to be within an hour or two of a BM I feel reassured, but I tell you it's scary.

Three more days till u/s!!!! I am so anxious to find out what we'll be able to see on that screen!

5 weeks already!!!! :D:D:D kari I am so happy for you! That is quite a milestone as you have offically missed a period, right? :D can't wait until that u/s scan to find out just how many babies are in there!! :D Love you!

KARI - I am sooooo excited for you!!!!! Wow - you deserve this soooo much and just enjoy every moment as much as possible. I just know you have to have more than one in there. I can't wait to follow your journey on the pg board (& here for a while, I'm sure).

I totally understand checking the TP - I think I did that compulsively at least for the entire first trimester. Going through so much IF, it still doesn't seem totally real at times, but then my baby BOY gives me a little kick in the belly, and I realize "that was NOT gas" he is alive & kicking in there. So awesome.

Kari, that is too funny about how we all seem to check the TP! You really did open the confession box on that one! I am so proud of you for having made it to the 5 week mark w/ no problems & also for having the courage to admit you noticed! In the beginning I was terrified to admit I was counting stuff like that cuz I didn't want to jinx myself either. Just goes to show you that you're not as nervous as you think! And you have every right to enjoy this bfp - your numbers have looked wonderful & you worked very hard to achieve this!

Kari, I can't beleive it's been 5 weeks already. It really is a milestone and I would be counting the weeks as well. Loved your comment on the TP, I was checking the TP all weeking waiting for my darn AF who didn't show her face til Sunday afternoon!
I can't wait to hear the results of your u/s. What time is your appt??? I am so very happy for you and thank you for all your support and knowledge you have given to me. I agree with eva, I think you have at least two in there, what a blessing :)

Kari dear, 5 weeks already. :blob_fire:blob_fire:blob_fire
Only tomorrow is not Friday and you will find out how manny blessings you got. You know, it is a possibility that they will not see all of them on Friday, so the suspense will continue for you, and us. But I bet you are enjoying every second of this. I am so happy for you, all this waiting and heartache finally have paid off. There is hope for all of us.

Mady, I know, I kinda feel like this is Thurs already so it stinks we have to wait another day. As for what we'll see, well I really hope we'd be able to see all the sacs at this point. I figure if my HCG just doubled a few more times since last Fri well it would be WAY over 15,000. I don't know if that directly impacts exactly what you'll see on an u/s, but I'm suspecting we'll see gestational sac(s) for sure... but it would probably be too early to even see the heartbeat(s). I don't know... I'm kinda driving myself crazy thinking about it! :dizzy:

Hi Princess! I'm doing good... just woke up :o I've really still struggled with sleeping at nite cause I get these stomach pains... I think a lot of times it's because I try sleeping flat and on my side when I know that with this lingering OHSS I need to be propped up on my back. But DH has been so nice and when I finally start getting some shut eye in the morning he draws the curtains, shuts the door, and leaves me a furbaby alone.

Hi Lisa! Good to hear from you! ***REMOVED

Oh and my appt on Fri is at 11:30 (Pacific Time). So it'll probably be late afternoon before the east coasters hear the results of the "big count" ;) I swear I'd laugh hyterically if there was just one... seems like we are all expecting at least a pair in there ;) You know I would love one healthy baby so my heart will be overjoyed if that is the news that we get.

Kelley, I am having a good day so far. I have my children's hospital volunteer job this afternoon so that'll help the day go by. I missed the last two weeks because of my transfer and then the OHSS, so it'll be fun to play with the kids again!

Eva, glad you don't think I'm a dork :D I'm hoping that your BFP is right around the corner here and you'll be watching the weeks pass as well!!!

JustDance, it is so great to hear from you!!! Congrats again on the big news that you are having a baby BOY!!! I look forward to spending some more time over on the other side following the remainder of your journey to mommyhood!!!

Kari, I can't believe all the milestones! 5 weeks already...and your first US on Friday! I can't wait (like the rest), to hear the results. Have fun volunteering today. I'm guessing playing with those kids will be a little sweeter this time around! - April

Hi Kari-

I have my 9 week u/s tomorrow, but I think I am almost as excited for your u/s on Friday!! I can't wait to hear your results. Keep in mind that when I went for my 5 1/2 week u/s we only saw one sac. Then one week later, there were 2!!! You just never know!!

How is the OHSS? Hopefully you are still able to take it easy and drink lots of fluids!! I would really suggest that you try using a couple of pillows to prop you up. I used 2 for a very long time!! I am really hoping that my ovaries have shrunk even more tomorrow. Last time they were 4 and 6, so almost there!!!

Well, have a good evening and it's almost the big day!!!!

Hey April! Yeah, it was in a way a bit sweeter today to be playing with the kids. And what was really nice was that I saw 2 ladies today with belly's that were about to pop and I actually smiled. :)

Teach, I promise I was thinking about you before I even just logged on! I can't wait to hear how things look tomorrow... I'll have to pop over to the other board to properly wish you (and Charlene) good luck at your appts tomorrow! As for the OHSS, I do think it has gotten better... I continue to drink nothing other than Smartwater and G2. My belly still looks absolutely huge, especially after I eat something. But I'm not feeling winded or having any shoulder pain so I think it's still totally under control. The only time I really have trouble is at night. I start out propped up on a couple pillows but I quickly wiggle my way down to none and the next thing you know I wake up with stomach pain. Hopefully tonite I'll be better about it! ;) Oh, and I gotta tell you, I was surprised that you only saw one sac at 5.5 weeks! I really was expecting to be able to see everything sac-wise at the appt on Friday. Guess I really don't know what to expect now! At least I only have to wait one more day. I'm pretty excited and SO thankful each passing day that goes by drama-free!

Hi Kare-bear!! How are you?? Still getting loads of rest? I hope so! I think that's so wonderful, Kari, that you saw two heavily pregnant women and smiled. It's almost liek a conclusion in a movie...the end of IF. :D :D And the beginning of motherhood! What an exciting time! I"m so happy that the OHSS seems to be on it's way out. And I'm SO excited for tomorrow! Will DH be there? How is he doing, btw?
Tomorrow is just one more sleep away!!! :D :bouncing: :D

Mady that is so sweet. I will be sure to think of you girls while I'm getting my good news!

Princess, yes, I'm still getting loads of rest. It usually comes after 4am when I move out to the couch tho! DH will absolutely be there tomorrow. I really have no clue who is more excited. We are both like a couple 10 year olds on Christmas Eve! I just pray we hear everything is okay. Those are the words I wanna hear no matter how many sacs they count. Luckily I have a busy rest of the day... I'm going to lunch, then need to order a new couch, and tonite I'm going to a baseball game. So tomorrow and my u/s will be here in no time!!! Thx for your ongoing support and love... I look forward to returning the favor in the near future when you get your BFP!

Lizzie! My friend from across the ocean! How are you and baby doing??? It sure sounds like you are doing good, considering you are feeling laid back right now! I'm looking forward to the laid back days, but I'm not entirely convinced there will be any! ;)

CMarie, my greatest inspiration! Thank you for sharing in my excitement! My appt is not until 11:30 Pacific Time. I will do my best to let you know how things go as soon as possible... I'll even try to write the update from my phone after the appt!

Eva. I do have a busy nite but I had an hour or two to relax on the couch first before heading to the game. The good news is the evening is now upon us and tomorrow morning should be here before I know it!

Hi April! That is so cute... time to meet my babies! I guess in a way I really will be meeting them as this will be my first look! Funny how we continue to use the plural... as if we already know. Usually it's a big surprise when someone posts that they have twins, but with me it'll be a big surprise if I post that I've just gone one cookin in there! :D I do have a wee bit of an intuition telling me that there will be twins. Not sure why, but that is what I've been feeling.

Princess, thank you so much for the reassurance. It feels so good to hear someone tell me that everything is going to be okay. It's just comforting to have those words spoken to me (okay... written in this case :) ). Hope you had a good afternoon sweetie.

Well everyone, I don't know for sure if I will post again tonight but I do have a feeling I will be logging on tomorrow before my appt since it's scheduled a little later than what I'm used to. (Plus I will want to see if we hear back from Bee's on her u/s!) It'll certainly be interesting to see if I can get any sleep tonite! :) Thanks again for all the well wishes and support. I feel blessed to have found this board and to have made such great friends during this long journey. Love to you all.

We also have a smart casual function this evening and I have nothing to wear;). I will just have to get creative.

Girls, thank you so much. I appreciate all your good luck wishes. I'm definitely nervous... More today then last nite. I just so desperately want to hear/see good news today. I think I woke up scared like Bee's was before she went to bed. I am trying so hard not to think of the potential negative outcomes, but I know there is a possibility we could not like what we hear today. Under three hrs to go now... Please just pray we hear this pregnancy looks viable.

On a lighter note I got a very cool phone call this morning. I have become very good friends over the last three months with this girl that I've known since college. Her and her DH had been struggling to conceive for over 4 years. She's been on clomid for four months and finally added IUI this cycle and this morning she finally got her very first BFP! We were both crying when she called me this morning. I am so happy for her!

Kari that is great about your friend!!!!

It is completely normal to feel nervous. I am nervous before every u/s. DH and I always say a little prayer while we are waiting for the nurse and RE to come. So far it has worked for us!!! I've also recently began craving Arby's roast beef sandwiches, so we make it a ritual to go there right before my appointment. (My appoint. are always at 1) It's kind of a nice way to relax before the big appointment!!!!

You have so many people that are praying hard for you and your little one/s. I'm sure everything will be great!!

Can't wait to hear the good news!
