He actually let you drive home with no instructions to see a Neurology dr? Hmmm? I would think you might want to if only to find out what, why you had a seizure and if this was a one time occurance

Hi, I've had epilepsy all my life it took my docs til i was 11 to finally say it was epilepsy after my mum pushed and pushed for tests etc. Although my mum had a seisure in her early 20's and has never had one since, and my daughter had a seizure when she was 7 after a blood test, and she hasn't had one since and she is 9 now. The doctors told me it was just a one off and if it was to happen again then they would look into it more.

I thought i would answer you to show that this does happen on occasions and apparently everybody will have one seizure at some time in there life. Try not to worry and if it does ever happen again go straight to your doctor and insist on tests. :)

Thankyou for taking the time to answer my post. You did
make me feel a little better with your answer , This is so
weird to me and its hard not to think "will I have one
again" especially when its out of the blue at 35 . but I don't
know anything about them either. All I know is my tounge
is terrible all bit up . ;)
