I have very tiny acne looking bumps in both sides of my lips. Its been over 5 years or so since ive given oral sex and it just started to appear about a year ago. The side of my lips are dark and are filled with little white bumps that look like the acne I have along the side of my nose. When I squeeze them, coz Its too small to pop, white stuff comes out. Not liquid though. Just like the things that come out of some of my acne. I know its probably not herpes but I just wanted to make sure because If it is just acne, then Im the only person I know that has acne in the side of the lips and it caused the sides of my lips to be dark. What you are describing might be sabaceous glands..Very small, grouped bumps in the corner of your lips. If that is what they indeed are, you have nothing to worry about. Perfectly normal.
