I had my first about a year ago and have had two others outbreaks since (one right now). I assume there is quite a range out there, but I was curious how frequent others are.

Also, I read here often about people on supressive therapy, whether of the prescription or natural kind. I am wondering if this is mostly those with more frequent outbreaks. I don't like it when I do have an outbreak, but it still doesn't seem frequent enough to take medication constantly.

PS This is a great forum and even though I don't post much I get lots out of it, particularly as I don't know anyone in "real life" who shares my problem.

I am having my second OB now since i contracted on late april 2003. I am currently taking OLE and Oil of oregano. I dont know the results since is only a week.
Where is your OB? Can u tell me what kind of precautions do u take when u have OB. cause i wanted to know more about precaution. I always wash my hands and stuff, to prevent the virus from spreading.
