Well I'm only 16, and I've felt some mild discomfort in my left testicle. And I decided to check on it about 15 minutes ago.
What scares me is a pea sized lump on my left side, along with 2 or 3 smaller lumps lower
It is significantly different than my right teste, and the left teste has one large bump, with maybe 1 or 2 smaller bumps
I am scared because I have read this may be testicular cancer, or it may just be a few cysts.
Help on this is much appreciated

Get it checked, call a doctor on Tuesday to make an appointment. You're young enough that cancer is pretty unlikely, testicular cancer is more common among men in their twenties, but it might be something else requiring some kind of treatment.
And if it is cancer, testicular cancer is very treatable, very high recovery rates.
