Sorry, I have quite a few questions to ask.

I swim at least twice a week, and have been doing so for a couple of years. However in this year, I felt muscle weakness in my triceps. I do very tough arm pulling trainings, which I could do easily back then but recently my arm just go soft after a few laps. Is there any reason to explain this and can this be cured?

Also I have hurt my back due to repeated backflips executed. During the first month, whenever I moved or turned slightly, my back hurts a lot. But now it does not hurt as much, and it only does when I deliberately bend down. I visited a GP and he said I tore my back muscle, however I highly doubt so as the pain comes from the spinal cord. My parents have advised me to visit Chinese Physicians whom claim to be very adept at helping patients with these related injuries.

Finally as I swim without my goggles, will it cause damage to my eyes in a long term situation?

Thanks for the trouble lads.
