hello everybody. I'm a 27/female. I just got my results in for Type specific IgG and HerpeSelect

Under Herpes I IGG, it has a number of 6.3 (H) and on the side, it states OD ratio <1.10. Does it mean I have herpes HSV-1? For Herpes II, my number is <0.1

Also, am I right that HSV-I is found in many people and kids too as it's transmitted by kissing, etc and doesn't have to be sexual transmission while HSV-II is mostly transmitted sexually?
