Not sure what is going on with me, I don't think it is carpel tunnel but it is very painfull, I wake up sometimes at night and it does this during the day also, My left ring finger and my left middle finger go numb and I have this awful pain on the top of my arm on the inside it almost feels like what a charley horse feels like,it does this for about 20 or 30 minutes and then it will go away, anyone have any ideas.
