Can herpes cause BXO? I can not spell the condition so
will leave it at that? Could herpes cause Meatal Stenosis?

A quick search about both suggest to me (and I'm not a doctor or medical professional) that they're not directly related to herpes. BXO seems to involve a hardening and discoloration of the foreskin, which I've never heard of being associated with herpes.

Meatal Stenosis seems to be a condition mostly found in boys whereby the urinary opening (the "meatus") becomes smaller due to irritation that can produce scar tissue often associated with circumcision. It sounds like its symptoms might be similar to having herpes right at the urinary opening and having repeated OBs there, but I can't find any reference on the Net to one being directly associated with the other. My impression is that MS is a condition distinct from herpes. You can find out more about it here:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001599.htm

If you think there is a direct link between these conditions, ask Dr. H. on herpes.org (in this board's Resource Links) about it.

Good luck. Let us know what you find.

Thanks for the research effort.I too have done some research in situations where meatal stenosis occurs in adult men due to certain conditons, Also I was unsure if men whom are circumcised can develope the symptoms of balanitis? My understanding is that Balanitis can 'cause meatal stenosis.......My curious mind wonders......thankyou once again
