Hi there!

I read with interest the post on oil of oregano. I bought some today. What i need to know is how many drops should one take daily? When I took the first drop about 4 hours ago, I did notice that it stopped the tingling. I'm starting to feel it again, though.

Your comments made me think the taste is awful, but when I first put it under my tongue, I thought, "That's not bad." Then it HIT me. Wow. Not an easy thing to take, but hey, if it will help, I'll do it.

Please let me know what the dosage is, or if any amount is okay.

Hi - I recently asked the same question on a previous posting focused on Olive extract and Oil of Oregano. I was told to do two drops of OOO under the tounge a day and 20-30 drops of Olive Oil diluted in a glass of water a day, or GNC apparently offers the pill form and people seem to agree that it works as well as the oil alone. People also seem to agree that they use this combination everyday, even when they don't have outbreaks since it is thought to "rid" us of the virus entirely. good luck.
