Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum but I thought about it and I think this would be the most suitable place for me to post. If I am incorrect please move this thread to the suitable section.
Anyhow, let's get down to business.
The other night I was looking at STD's for a school project and I came to this picture which reminded me of my own penis. After panicking that I had STDS I eventually found that I had PPP (Pearly Penile Papules). Yeah I was kind of bummed out and I tried to find a suitable solution which could do be done at home with no luck. And, No I am not trying toothpaste. I rather not damage my penis. Anyway, I am just going to say.
1. Do they disappear over time?
2. Does anyone know why they appear?

Another issue is that one of my testicles have dropped the other has not. No I am not twentish, I am still a young teenager. Does anyone have any information of the approximately when they drop. I know puberty happens to people at different rates etc. But like an approximate age. Such as eg. 13-16.

First, to try and answer your testicle issue. From my understanding of the male anatomy, our testicles form/develope and drop into their sack before birth. If you have an undescended testicle, then their is a birth defect. I'm not a doctor, and only a doctor can tell you what really the problem is. If the testicle doesn't give you any pain, or problems, then I wouldn't worry about it. I have a friend that was born with just one testicle, but he bore children, and no health problems. As for the ppp situation. They are normal from my understanding and a lot of men have them. Theirs an ongoing debate on if something can be done to remove them. I've heard their is, and I've also heard that there isn't. I would suggest finding more research on the matter. There are many post on the subject, you'll have to search thru the archives to find them.

There is a difference between being born with only one testicle and still having your testicle still inside of you. You need to find out if they are still there. One of my good friends finally had both of his testicles surgically placed into his scrotum because they never came down. Now he is at serious risk of getting cancer and being infertile. Not to scare you, but if you know for a fact that you only have one testicle and one testicle only then you are fine. My dad was also born with one. But if you are not sure then I would consider finding out if you have one in there someplace.
