I have experienced cold sores on my mouth in the past never on the genitals. Recently I noticed three small lesions and one very large one in particular. I recently treated them with choraphor and it seemed to help. However I am concerned as to wether I have hsv 1,2 or syphillis the large lesion is somewhat painful and looks pretty nasty when the scab falls off (sorry) if there is any one that can help it would be appreciated.
