Ever since Sept 07 I have had an extremely small flaky spot on 1 nipple. The skin there is so flaky I have been able to pick it off, and then it looks hollow there and reginerations with the same flaky skin. It is 1 specific small spot on my nipple, no more has formed. I'm not sure if this helps, but my b/f says that he can feel the difference with his tongue. I am 25 year old female and I'm extremely worried!!
