Hi. I'm new to this board, and am interested in hearing from anyone who had surgery more than 5 years ago. I did 4.5 years ago, and I am still suffering .

Have you found that (decompression) surgery has given you the relief you were looking for? Any of you have "relapses"? After healing from the surgery, were you able to return to your activities, such as typing, gardening etc. without pain?
Would be grateful for any input.

Wishing you peace and comfort
